Mr. Mohan takes 90% of the classes himself and starts the training from the scratch. The general pattern of the classes is introduction to the course and before formal introduction to Routers and Switches, the trainer makes sure to clear the fundamental concepts required. The students have complete freedom to raise questions and notify the trainer if they did not understand any topic. Any student can repeat the sessions if they don't understand anything or miss the class. Ultimately, the goal is to make sure that each student leaves the premises after the course with complete working knowledge on the subject.

Our training is mainly focused on practical sessions. Every concept is practically demonstrated and students are encouraged to practice on original Routers and Switches. Our labs are well equipped with 100 routers and 75 Switches, 8 Firewall and 5 Wireless Devices for the students to practice on their own components. There is no limit on lab sessions and timings. Assessments are conducted during the course of and the results are evaluated by Mr. Mohan personally. Students are advised which areas need more attention and practice for improvement. Personal attention towards each and every student helps them to learn and practice every single point in detail.

Students are free to repeat any particular session that is not clear or can get the lab assistant's help in understanding the practical knowledge of concepts including installation, configuration, and operation and troubleshooting of routers and switches.
